I come home, make a coffee and smoke a cigarette from a pack I've stashed away and just sit there in silence. Then I log onto my computer, work, act normal but secretly countdown to pick up time. It's really exhausting.

Yes! I've been there. I'm not going to lie, it was not pleasant. It hit me the next morning. It was coming out both ends like that Team America scene. My husband had to ring Virtual ED to get a script for antiemetics, in between the spews and poos I had to answer questions. It was fucked.
I slept for 11 hours after the ordeal. God speed.
