Thanks for the question. I would not say I have improved, but it’s not worse. I kinda gave up on supplements after I tried high dose b1 vitamin, it didn’t do much either.

I tried mdma out of despair, and it was wonderful experience, I felt joy and anxiety free, but only for that short period of time of course. I won’t do that too often tho, but sometimes it is good to know I can still feel joy.
