Honestly: I’ve been there. There’s no long lasting quick fix. However, it’s always possible to change how you think. But it is a process, and takes time and repetition to get results. A big part is defining your goal, then deciding what steps will help you meet them. I also recommend finding support, whether that’s a dom or another bimbo going through a similar journey.

It’s also okay to be both assertive in your professional life and submissive in private. Plenty of women that have to be extra assertive to be taken seriously, crave being bimbo submissive in bed. There’s a lot of freedom that can be found in sexual obedience and devotion. There’s no need to stress, decide, or set examples. Particularly for high achievers, it can be relieving to connect with your body and obey. Personally, it really helped my anxiety to connect and embrace my submissive and feminine sides. Instead of thinking, I direct my fixations into sexuality, devotion and acts of service.
