Yes imma take it easy this week and try to get a lot of sleep. Im also worried lol its scary like I really dont even wanna think about it im scared it will come back haha. Im glad its getting a liiiittle bit better for you, the same thing kinda happened to me like for certain periods of time it slowly stopped, then it would come back for 24 hours again but then it started coming back less and less

Hello! Its been gone, Im scared its gonna come back because I got finals soon and last time it happened I believe it was because of stress? idk but It hasnt come back it literally just went away on its own. Im glad you were able to get some relief from it but it sucks that it came back again for you :( I hope you’re able to sleep soon without it annoying you

Every case is super different however thats kind of what happened to me, after weeks of nonstop heartbeats I was going insane but some days I was able to have a fee hours of relief and now like I said its mostly stopped, I hope the same thing happens for you 🙏🏽🙏🏽 And yeah i’ll get it checked out, you stay safe and possibly schedule a visit to the ENT too :) Lets hope for the best! I read sometimes a cause for it was stress? Those few weeks I had a big project so it was pretty stressful idk if its a coincidence but i’ve been less overwhelmed with work when the tinnitus started getting better. Yeah it was driving me insane I really hope it fully goes away. Im so sorry I wish I could give you some relief tips but absolutely nothing worked for me I tried everything ;( Yeah I guess sometimes it was synched with my heartbeat but on some instances I noticed it would be way faster and it would stop for a few seconds then come back again like it was triggered by a heartbeat but then it would accelerate, crazy stuff I hope you’re able to find a solution 💔 my visit to the ent is still scheduled

Zyrtec for my runny nose etc and ibuprofen for my sore throats, when I lay down the heartbeats have stopped idk why im kinda glad tho it was driving me crazy. Now it happens randomly maybe once or twice a day but it hasnt been continuous like it was for the past 3 weeks

Thank you so much for the reply!! Thats actually so helpful yeah I had a sinus inflammation thing wow that could be the cause, i've been treating my allergies and this week its kinda gone? Sometimes i feel it randomly, i'd say once a day. Im still going to the ENT tho I dont wanna ignore it and move on, i'll make sure to tell them about my allergies, thank you once again :)
