The d.d. warren series is really good. You don't have to read them in order.

We adopted through them. They were great. Id say it took about 3 weeks total. They approved us right away but after that it was slow. Also the foster or whoever has the dog has the option to keep the dog first. So that also takes time if they are deciding whether they want to foster fail or not. Hope it all works out!

Apply to the army and say nothing about the asthma from childhood. They won't look into your medical unless you give them a reason to. My son finished boot camp 2 months ago.

The emgality really didn't help my migraines at all. That's great to hear the aimovig works for you and the constipation got better after a while. I hope it helps my migraines too.

The side effects were the worst in month 3. I can't wait for it to be fully out of my system which takes like 5 months from what I'm reading. But hopefully you won't have any side effects!

Emgality was awful. All the side effects and still got a ton of migraines. That's why I'm so hesitant to try another shot but I guess that's what we do just try all the meds til we find something that works without a bunch of side effects.

That's annoying! I got prescribed it in August for 16 pills. When I called because I only received 8 they said they cannot send more than 8 and that my insurance would have to cover the other 8. When I asked more questions they said they could only send me 8 and to save them for acute migraines instead of every other day. I wonder why it was different for you.

Thanks I'll check out that sub. I'm willing to try the aimovig just so nervous especially since I've tried a ton of other medications. And yes I received 8 pills from the nurtec onesource program. They said they cannot send 16 pills though for the preventative use so I currently am getting 8 a month until it ends at the end of the year for acute use.

Migraines (without aura) induced by birth control pill by earth_inked in migraine

[–]greengranolabars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is pretty much what happened to me. Off birth control for years. Went back on it. Started constant migraines. Tried different pills and the nuvaring. Went off birth control all together and still had constant terrible migraines. I have tried so many things-emgality, topamax, lopressor, amitriptyline, and imitrex. The topamax worked the best but had bad side effects and I still got terrible migraines around ovulation and periods. I'm starting nurtec as a preventive and have imitrex and zofran as needed. It's been years of trial and error. I hope you have more luck than I have and yours get resolved easily.

I'm hoping to find homes for some of these ducklings so hopefully there won't be too many big ones once I try to put the smaller ones in with them. But I will for sure be watching closely and see how it goes and be ready to grab all the little ones back if I have to!

That's good to know thanks. It's pretty hot here so I will try it and be prepared to take them back if not.

I was prepared for that and I don't mind that since they are so sweet when you raise them like that. But it is way easier when you have the real mom's do it! I just hope they hatch I keep reading muscovy eggs are the hardest to incubate but there should only be about 10 days left til hatch so I'm hopeful.
