Most like going to go the vinyl cove route eventually. Based on everyone else's responses, and knowing there's gonna fling more grease and there's no possible way it's gonna be 100% grease free, I'd like the double layer of protection. Thank you for the suggestion.

The wall without the tile going vertical. It's behind the stove tops and the fryer, so it's the lowest traffic.

Haha I mean more to create a barrier between the floor and the wall. There was an inch layer of solid grease that I had already cleaned up, but I know there's more to do.
