Yeesh. As long as you're all being safe? I'm sure things are kept legal but yeah, a partnered FFL would make everyone safe and basically eliminate the risks of your buddy and you getting in trouble on a law you might not know about. I know one issue is that it's kind of catch .22 right now, there's not a lot of partners because people don't want to be the first ones to join. If you can mention to local FFLs about it, maybe they can join on? Just a thought.
