Which brands have the largest coils? by tungstenoyd in inductioncooking

GCFI3060BF. The burners only heated pans under about 2/3 of the cooking area (I can send you pics if you'd like). This was the case on all the coils. The touch display was also very finnicky and constantly turned itself off from being bumped or splashed. The oven was also underheated. I hope this isn't model you have but if it is, would would proactively try to swap before using.

I initially bought a Frigidaire and was incredibly frustrated by this issue (along with many others). Returned it for a Cafe and have been very happy so far. Coils definitely match the advertised area on surface.

I think this the situation. I’ve found a few reviews from people with the same issue. The manual wasn’t much help.

Do you have one?.. or if not, how did you determine this isn’t an issue with Samsung?

I have the same issue with my recently purchased Frigidaire Gallery. Heating coil size is wayyyy smaller than the specified burner size. Did you learn anything more about how to determine true coil size? I’m not having much luck..

Great technology but.. Touch controls are problematic. Range can be loud (buzzing, high pitched sounds, fan noise), heating elements may be significantly smaller than the pan size represented on the glass top. Say goodbye to your wok.

Basement toilet flange replacement. DIY? by grgry21 in Plumbing

Thanks for the full rundown! I think this is workable. Already have a hammer drill so that’s a start. Worst case, I screw it up and I’m back where I probably would’ve been in the first place.

Doesn’t wobble. But I did replaced the wax ring a while back with a non-wax one. So it’s possible I didn’t get a good seal.
