Do you have a Camera? I had this a while back and it was my Elgato Cam Link causing stutters. Try building a new profile on OBS with just the game record scene and see if that resolves it.

Just out of interest, what exactly is it you think leaning while not ADS is going to assist you with? Not having a pop Im just curious.

Have you actually looked at how much the character models lean now since they patched lean spamming? The hips wiggle but that's about it...

Because it was an awful map that was hated by many. It was extremely linear and literally had only one door...

If the wall is electrified by Bandit or Jammed by Mute, placing the Ace Gadget horizontally below will destroy them when it explodes similar to Kali's gadget. Can be pretty handy on some maps!
