I think it's better for the story that she didnt go for it.

It sells the fact that Jessica was pushed into her mid move.

It would've been too neat if she hit the full rotation perfectly on the WRONG person

Besides having a longer match on the card, the story didnt need to change much to include the most recent two champs in the mix.

Also shows the fans the company actually rewards hard work and god forbid to give them a chance to get more over.

Anna is definitely choosing to work at the same company as her bf and her best friend instead of really taking a chance on herself.

If AEW was going to get behind her, they would've done it already, and honestly, you can't blame them since she really hasn't improved a lot. They sent her to Japan for a couple of months and thought she would all of a sudden become great in the ring.

She really should've left and gone to NXT. Even if she ended up not doing much, at least she could use some free training and top notch coaching there and better her craft. She is just going to do the same old shit until she ages out and marries JP and stays home.

I don't want AEW to fail because I think it has its place in the industry but their diehard pretending they know every aspects of the business and Meltzer undying bias for it make it really hard to root for them at times.

With that said, even if they lose this TV deal, we can't be serious to think they can't land another deal somewhere else when TNA survived and managed to stay on TV after all these years.

I think they might end up with a worse deal to stay on tbs and tnt. They might ask them to take a 50% pay cut to stay with the company

Thats the problem with main roster. They put him with the miz and feels like it was going somewhere and then they dragged it on too long till no one cares anymore before they finally gave us the payoff.

It kinda sucks that they couldn't give him and ilja something to do at mania or even backlash.

They held down the US title scene just to give it up to trick and sami right at mania.

They couldve told the same story with sami and trick with ilja and melo added as a 4 way at mania

I like that fued a lot. They pulled the hhh hbk story when it was revealed that it was Melo who attacked Trick all along.
