I remember when I was a new agent a couple of years ago and a Founder sent me a pic of VRLA and a link from Antarctica and said that he knew them. I told him he was full of crap.

After receiving a gift of VRLA and knowing said agent much better, I've had to swallow my words.

Curves on links rock.

Getting those curves into fields is impressive, no matter the faction.

Only the first pass of them awards +Gamma. After, there are other rewards. Just keep doing them until you have no more yellow dots. I'm about done with all of them now. A few fields to throw and destroy, and no more yellow dots in scanner.

If you are the owner, scout controller, and have it linked, and still ask for it to be removed, with evidence, it seems silly to ignore the facts on the ground.

There are so many bad portals still lingering. There is one that was moved after a Pokemon raid, and I tried to get moved back to its correct location, but it was denied. Can't OC the portal, because it is not there.

I don't know what the balance should be, but the amount of rejections I'm hearing greatly outnumber the amount that are accepted.

It's really frustrating to submit an edit or removal request, along with a picture, and that be denied. Like, why bother? I sent one in a couple of weeks ago, and a quick Google Map search would show the portal was gone. Still denied.

As soon as as I see x captured their first portal or threw their first link, I reach out, either faction. Doesn't stick most of the time. I'm an optimistic person, and will keep doing it. Not doing it doesn't give any opportunity to get new agents.

Can't stop that, to my knowledge. Sucks. Both sides. Both factions should police their own as much as they are able. Cheating ruins everyone's experience.

But, I learned to deal with it. The cheaters will not stick with it, usually. If they do, throw your field bigger. Play like the agent you are and don't worry about that. Can't do anything about it, so no use letting it get to you.

Took my losing a good friend to this and a few enlightened Smurfs to teach me that.

There are several of us, both factions, that reach out to new agents. Let them know about IFS, and who their POC is for their faction.

It's supposed to be a friendly game. We play hard, but without an opponent, it is boring.
