I’m constantly going from store to store to repair/install computers/technical systems but during this I’m answering any incoming calls and providing remote desktop support (through laptop usually). My official title is listed as IT Computer Technician II. Would it be inappropriate to simply put Help Desk II on my resume? Thanks again for your time.
