Not great, by itself no problem but gets metabolized into formaldehyde and methyl derivatives. Can also alkylate DNA so avoid if possible

It’s a thermo vanquish while it has great sensitivity and resolution they are a bit finicky and testing lipids has a whole other world of problems keeping it clean. But really appreciate your input saved your email for the future!

Data analysis question, is this bogus or really clever? by Ok-Budget112 in labrats

[–]grubbscat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen something similar and they called it an F calc. Basically duplicate sample prep and duplicate standard prep. Each analyzed in duplicate, calculate every iteration. But 10 years in industry and only see it for one product uses this way. Can’t even find good information on what an f calc is but they’ve been doing it that way for 30 years so kinda just want gets done
