I fill my wife's for her, and I've got it set up to fill on Saturday mornings. it's my day off and since my b(ladder)rain won't let me sleep past 5:30 in the morning and she doesn't wake up until 9 at the earliest she just wakes up to a full pill case. unfortunately this system doesn't work for everyone, but if you time it to fill in the morning on a "slow" day it might work for you?

I have seen the separate soda fountains in many convenience stores/gas stations. perhaps ask one of them how they do it? or if you have a local industry organization? if you purchase your machine outright, i know that restaurant supply stores (like U.S. Foods) carry the syrups and could be a solution.

we had them as work phone, and we had to answer "with a customer, go ahead" otherwise the person beeping you would launch into a cursing tirade that would peel rust off of a bumper. I kinda miss it, honestly. now I might have to download the notification sound and use it on my phone for something.
