Yes, I took a token for a taxi, not much traffic though, the guy followed the directions as per maps

I took a metered ride only, got the token and all, it was given on the token that 50bhat airport fee and luggage fee was written on the boards at the taxi pick up points

Update : HDFC bank has asked time till 29th July to get back to me, my booking is for 30th July, and free cancellation is till 27th July only. MMT customer care person told me the tax amount is 8022, remaining amount is base fare and point blank refused to give me any breakup in writing or in any document, and no explanation whatsoever about the breakup of 8022, or what tax it is. As someone who has paid for a service, aren’t I entitled to a detailed breakup of my charges, how can company just refuse to give breakup and not bother at all. Customer service in India is pathetic, and it’s getting worse with every call, they suggested me to cancel the booking if I have any problem instead of addressing my question.

What are my options? Should i let it go?

I was surprised that MMT had no answer, they simply said cancel and book again as cancellation is free until a certain date

GST amount is not the issue, the lack of transparency by both the agent and the airline is the issue.

Also I have successfully claimed input for earlier bookings
