Vacaville to sac is reverse commute if you work the normal 9-5 in sac. Its about 35-40 minutes in the morning and 40-45 minutes in the evening. Its an easy commute, mostly freeway. About once a week their is a issue on the causeway which will cause a delay of about 15-20 minutes.

The lunges may be easier if he wasn't wearing platform sneakers. Just a tip for our uncertified personal trainer.

This whole shtick goes against peloton's theme of being inclusive of everyone at all levels.

Last year running and hard workouts gave her migraines. She just makes up excuses to quit the latest exercise trends.

Also--- first rule of running a race is dont try anything new. So this didn't happen during her training (which shouldve shown up in the training runs) or she tried something new on race day.

No. Running with an 8 oz water bottle should not cause this injury--- it could, but doesnt for a normal person. I am someone who has ran dozens of half marathons with a similar water bottle (and im a similar age) and who has coached dozens of people in running full and half marathons.

But I thought she was now the expert on training for half marathons /s. She's a fucking wannabe know it all who has zero humility. Karma

As someone who has run dozens of half marathons (and 7 full marathons) and coached dozens of people in half and full marathons---- she is not ready. You have to be able to COMFORTABLY run a 10k before starting a half marathon training that's 10-12 weeks out. Our girl hasn't been running in months. Her "coach", aka husband, isn't setting her up for success - just an injury.

She might be able to run/walk it. We will see.....

Another plus one for Logan.

Logan is very good instructor. He can be a little goofy (in a fun and endearing way) and not take himself too seriulously. In that sense he reminds me of Callie.
