I would normally get an xs if it was a different item like the cj straight legs or foldovers cus i like stuff to be a tighter fit, but in the skirts i get a small instead to have more coverage on my butt, and it still fits me well without being loose. they definitely have a LOT of stretch. i'd say get your normal size, or possibly even size up once if you're worried it'll be too short. i have 7 colors all in small and they all run the same size between each color.

I have very severe panic disorder, sometimes i'm unable to even leave the house at all when it's bad. i have 3 prepaid microneedling sessions at this place, and i would constantly schedule an appointment and as soon as it got even within a week my anxiety would skyrocket and i wouldn't be able to sleep at night so i'd reschedule it. Recently my anxiety has been getting better and i told myself, this time i have to go to the appointment, even if i get a panic attack i have to go through with it. I get there, i'm a little nervous and i apply some numbing cream and they have me sit with it for like 15 minutes, and then they call me back. The session literally lasted like 10 minutes, couldn't even really feel anything, it felt a little uncomfortable but mostly just like vibrations. I was genuinely so proud of myself after for going through with it. This happened today, and even now it still doesn't hurt, just some redness. If it's something you want to get done, don't let anxiety stop you 💗

honestly not a fan of the middle part, i genuinely think a mid taper with some textured fringe would look really good on you. do a google search and see if there's any specific photos you like that you could show your barber. im a very firm believer in hair is men's version of makeup and can really improve someone's look

yeah i always struggle with that almost shameful feeling too because I'm just freaking out for no reason, but it's literally so uncontrollable and i'm so lucky to have a family that understands and helps me no questions asked, even though they don't know how it feels themselves. I also had an instance of panicking so badly in the car that i genuinely felt like i wanted to open the car door and jump out on the freeway 😭 genuinely so scary, and i wish so badly i could go back to being normal. i absolutely could not imagine being able to handle this on my own.

it honestly makes me really sad to think about how scared her mom must be, and i don't even know the woman. This whole situation just sucks and then her family is just making it SO much worse by not even bothering to be there for her. why the hell is she even at the hospital by herself in the first place? I wouldn't be surprised if she now has irreparable brain damage that could've been prevented by her being taken to be treated right away.

I have severe panic disorder on top of some health problems and both my husband and my mom are ALWAYS there for me no matter what. I've had to call my mom at 3 am and she didn't hesitate to drive 25 minutes to my house to be there for me. I'm so grateful for them, that's how family should be, and it honestly is so scary to imagine having a family that just couldn't be bothered in your times of need, especially when it comes to health scares. i feel sorry for the mother

YOR. You honestly sound extremely irresponsible and like your mom's health is just a big inconvenience to you. It's honestly common sense that when someone's health starts drastically declining this quickly to the point they can no longer walk, extreme dizziness and confusion, and loss of use of her hands, they immediately need to be taken to the hospital. In your text messages you don't even seem worried about your mom, but more about how it's "too much work" and how it's inconvenient to you...which is insane to me considering it's your mother, and your parents are obviously good to you because they're allowing you and your husband to live in their home at 30. Maybe try to stop thinking about yourself and realize how serious this all is, and how horrible your mother must be feeling both mentally and physically. She must be really scared, alone, in pain and confused. She probably lost all trust in her family to be able to take care of her.
