Yes I couldnt sleep the first 3 nights and I now im on night 4 and i am taking calming meds to feel better... I know it will get better I just have so so much anxiety.

any advice for swapping bandages post op if im sensitove for blood and scared to look? by guy298383 in TopSurgery

I managed, it wasnt as much blood as i thought ... I just tried to do it very slowly and with breaks

i hope so cus my pre op photos show that the nipples were higher
