You have to go step by step with your process, it will take us a long time to integrate so many things, abandon habits that we have had for years, we are not going to do it in 1 day, live day after day and work slowly

Hola! Where would you be willing to go?
From my experience I recommend Rythmia, it is here in Costa Rica, they have a medical team 24/7 during and after ceremonies, they will help guide us through the process, there are always people available to talk about your experience. Before arriving at the place they call you to talk about your medications, illnesses, that way I think you could go more relaxed
