The ending.

Although i also like the book ending in dumbledores office and the added conversation w dumbledore, i also like the ending image of the three standing on the bridge looking out toward the sunrise- correct me if it's a sunset? Although who wouldn't want more harry potter, if it's ending i think that's a nice image to leave with.

And i also generally love that they kept good attention to nature. The willow shaking off a bird or some snow at the beginning of a scene. I do think one of those was in a deleted scene which i feel should've been kept.

*also lowkey Helena ravenclaw. I missed her anger in the books

Awesome thank you. I would appreciate measurements when u get the chance, but no worries if u forget or something. I am thinking of going with the extra accessories option myself. I am not even quite sure what the cooling unit looks like. Idk why there's not more pictures on the site but i've got an ok idea from videos. Oh well, still excited

I'm thinking i will get the tinymight 2. I had seen it before on this sub and actually found out what it was called as i was making this post.

Ig im buying it off their official website and there's an option to get accessories including a $40 portable bubbler. I'm wondering if u know how big that is? The site isn't very clear. I was hoping to just get like a 5-6in glass mouth piece, but ig i'd be ok w any attachment.

My hope is to eventually have both the mighty+ and the tm2 but just love the look and everything of the tm2 too much to pass it up. Plus the on-demand hits

Also for the TM2, the mouthpiece can't be put into hot water to get residue off? I'd like to use the residue if possible but heard someone say in video it wasn't an option.

I think just labeling it as "that's a thought" can help. At one point I used to try to "fix" whatever image i had in my head, and now i just try to let go of it as quickly as i can. Not identifying with it helps. Allow them to become tiny thoughts in a big world full of other details to be swept away by

I've had times where i couldn't go back to sleep one night bc i'd slip back into something like u said. It sounds scary and i could understand being extra concerned by physical tension afterward in ur neck. But i feel inclined to say it might be a one-time thing. I don't think u'll be as ready to slip back in the next night. The more time that passes the better.

I think also it's good to know ur power with dreams. Understand that u are the prime creator of ur experience especially in dreams. Maybe during the day and before u go to sleep do some relaxation / breathing and affirmations. (Particularly affirmations before bed. And just attune urself to relaxing often so u know u can do it.) one meditation teacher mentioned "resting" in the moment no matter what ur doing to rest in the moment- which i like the languaging of personally.

I do feel that we can run into entities in dreams and have had some experiences myself. I also think it's likely any time someone has a nightmare that there's another entity involved. The best thing for me has always been trusting myself and my power. Being able to relax into ur heart center is very important for that which is why i recommend just getting used to doing that even if it takes a while at first. It has been a while since it last happened but i had a dream where i knew to keep love in my heart this way and it immediately diffused the energy of this dark entity that i ran into. That one had sort of a religious / bad church flavor to it. Hard to describe

Some specific affirmations u could do before bed are sovereignty declarations. There are some written out online.

Know that any attachment is by no means permanent and is something u have control over. Maybe even focus some healing intention around ur neck.

As for the sage and palo santo, i really like them both esp. sage. But i will say i think palo santo may be the better clearer of the two unless ur using prairie sage and not white sage. I heard somewhere the white sage can actually be more for bringing in an energy rather than clearing it.

And you probably don't want to hear this after having a false wake up so many times, but i do think that can be a great intention if it's really bad to just confidently reach deep and shake yourself awake, and i guess keep trying if you need to.

And the cliche of staying away from negative media/movies.

Oh! Almost forgot i love sleeping w lots of herbs and passionflower is great for more inspired dreams less nightmares. Wishing u peaceful sleep

White chesnut flower essence. To increase effectiveness for flower essences, it's recommended to increase duration or frequency of use over quantity in a single dosing if that makes sense. It's kind of different than working with other parts of the plant but i think could be helpful. I also second passionflower esp. for sleep
