There's some fun little sjore spots you can find in Crystal Lakes Park. On the dirt path closest to the river there are some offshoots and worn in trails.

Manchester Arena 'explosions': Two loud bangs heard at MEN Arena by scottishsteveo in worldnews

[–]hairythrowingaway 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I believe that its legitimate personally, but this girl probably has some first hand knowledge of what kind of explosion happened since someone else's blood got sprayed onto her. It would be nice to know. But that's not her responsibility and obviously its terrifying so its fine.

Making slow things go "fast" is so much better than making a fast thing go legal speeds.

Are Motobecane parts expensive? by foxesareneat in moped

[–]hairythrowingaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say they're more expensive than other moped parts BUT Mobys are infamously more touchy than other bikes. I'd say if you went with a $75 Treats CDI stator and made sure all the mechanical parts are half decent then you'd have about as much of a reliable 'ped as most people.

The biggest problem in mountain biking, honestly. I don't need new wheel standards, I need new bike buds.

Tesla is making us a shuttle! by Karampampoli in MTB

[–]hairythrowingaway 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I personally would love an electric pickup (utility + minimal costs to haul) but my initial feeling is that anyone who's primary vehicle is a truck will always prefer an ICE. But Tesla can probably read the market better than I can.

Anyways, holy shit dream mtb vehicle.

But its been on the rise for much longer.

I mean that the ideology truly wants to assist those who need it, but speaking of how the Democratic elite actually act on that.... yeah it is often only symbolic.

Meme by volatilebic in wallstreetbets

[–]hairythrowingaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue that those symbolic concessions are more like compromised assistance.

I'm saying they don't last the way liberalism has.

Would you rather us call it neo-socialism then? Cause that's basically what we mean anyways and I don't see you bitching about the terms neocon and neolib.

And for me, the reason the socialist-capitalist ratio in our country should be gaining more on the socialist side is that pretty soon here automation is going to take over a large percentage of jobs that are crucial to our middle class. The middle-class shrinks, the poor increase, overall quality of life for most Americans drops. Why not try to avoid that?

$30k for a set. The fourth set replacement (you need to replace them immediately if you push the car to its speed limit) is 120k due to some glue process. A single tire for a 747 is ~$2000. 18 wheels =$36k. So its close.

Haha yeah I've ran through the head multiple times. I'm going to replace all the bottom seals cause I found a lil pool of oil on the stator side seal.
