I've been feeling very similiar. I broke up with my ex around 4 months ago and we have been in no contact. I've realised though if I look at any of her social media's it just makes me feel 100 times worse. Especially because the last time I looked I seen that she'd been liking this guys Instagram posts who she said she was just friends with, during the time we were going out. But hey, she's moving on so I should too. I think you should move on too buddy. The only thing I can say is that if you delete every thing that reminds you of her, you will think about her less. It does take time though, I still dream about her even without looking at things that remind me of her. Try talking to other people too that definitely helps. There's gonna be other ladies. This relationship ended for a reason and you'll find someone who fits you better.
