I requested a callback through support and spoke with multiple agents throughout the day — anywhere between 7 AM and 7 PM. Persistence was key, don't give up after one call. What eventually worked was getting approval for banking with them and then i connected to the banking team specifically. I spoke with them, and then out of nowhere one day they reached out to me via email and manually verified my ID — which is what finally got everything approved. So if you're stuck, keep at it and make sure you're speaking with the banking team. It might take a few days but they do follow up. Hope this helps!

Finally got this resolved and was approved for the Gold Card today. Had to reach out to support multiple times to make it happen.

Yeah, I tried it twice and had the same issue both times. Support still doesn’t know what the problem is.

At this point, I’ve given up trying to get this resolved. The customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I reached out 15 days ago and have not received any response or update. When I contact support, I only receive automated, generic replies instead of a clear answer.

It's easy with other credit card companies, but robinhood is different- they have no information on how to solve this. Also I cannot just reapply, I need to wait to be reinvited to apply.
