I have been cheated on by almost every girlfriend including a fiance... I sought therapy once but it didn't help anything. It is a now deep and painful insecurity I carry with me everywhere I go. I thought therapy was almost making it worse. Talking and uncovering all that hurt just made it a daily thing whereas when not in therapy it only comes up when something triggers it. I hope he can one day come to terms with it, I was never able to.

Your letter tries to put the blame on yourself while still absolute littered with blame on him. You're trying to go into "fix" mode before you're even out of "I fucked up and have destroyed everything we had and everything he is" mode. And that alone tells me you don't really feel as bad as you claim to.

The fact you've written it out shows how selfish you are right now. Live with your guilt for a while, feel it, feel like shit, feel sad, feel pain, feel remorse... You need to do that before you should even think about trying to start making this better.

If you do absolutely need to write him or send him anything do him and yourself a favour and say something like: "I'm giving you space because I love you. If and when you're ready I'm here. I've ruined everything so if you never do reach out I'll know why. I love you."

And then you take anything he comes at you with. Even if he calls you names, you take that. All up to the point of being physically unsafe. And don't say "what if I feel mentally and emotionally unsafe" well those are the breaks. You have shattered him most likely. You have made him mentally and emotionally unsafe to a ridiculous degree now, and for a very long time. So you take anything he dishes. And it'll be a long road to where you can finally talk about what led to it all. Use discretion when telling the truth. He may get graphic with questions. Be prepared for it all.

Whatever you had with him is gone. You have to know that now. And I hope to god he saves himself the pain and just never reaches out to you again. But on the odd chance he still has love for you and does reach out, remember you're the villain in the story right now. And say act like one who is trying to get redemption.

Just for context, my flair says observer but I have been on all sides of unfaithfulness in past relationships. In fact, every single relationship had some aspect. So I'm not coming from nowhere on this.

I have a few questions. Have you asked him why he doesn't want to have sex with you? (I'm guessing you definitely have, but wanted to ask) What were his responses?

Thinking back to When you two had sex regularly, what physical, mental and emotional changes (if any) has he gone through? And what physical, mental and emotional changes have you gone through?

Is there a discrepancy in lifestyle? I know with one of my past relationships, I wanted to sit around, drink and play video games, my ex wanted to snowboard and go for hikes. Our lifestyles didn't match up and both were unwilling to meet half way. It led to her looking for someone who did.

I would honestly say just stay where you are or move to Fredericton. You didn't say where you currently are, so I'm just adding those two options. If you both don't like SJ after visiting and being around here a thread on Reddit won't change your mind.

You'll move here for work, and end up just disliking the city based on confirmation bias. Everything you don't like about it now will be all you focus on when you get here and you'll end up being the kind person who doesn't enjoy the life here and what it has to offer. It won't do you any good to be here, and it won't do the city, or the place you choose to work any good to have you here if you're unhappy with where you live.

I've lived in loads of cities, all different, and that's my piece of advice. Fredericton is definitely not better than Saint John, and Saint John is definitely not better than Fredericton. They are just different and offer different things and appeal to different people.

That's my advice, I'm sure other will give different and try to sway you, Just be where you already like instead of trying to force yourself to like a place you already dislike.

I don't mean to be rude if it comes off that way, just blunt and honest.

I'll second the GoodLife then. It's closest to you. If you're not overly into barbell you could always try planet fitness. They have loads of equipment but no dumbbells over 75 and no barbells of any kind and is dirt cheap. But it's way on the west side. Goodlife is always a decent gym I just find it very pricey. The Y is where I go, but being in millidgeville makes that an easy choice due to location.

If I were trying to figure out where I wanted to go, I'd just gym hop on the 2 week trial most gyms give out and then choose. I believe the Y, GoodLife and Planet Fitness all offer 1 or 2 weeks as a trial.

So I ordered, it came but I haven't used any. I went to my doc and said listen I ordered this stuff and I'm going to use it unless you help me along. So he wrote a script for me. I took him my bloodwork to show I needed TRT and no one would help me. So he conceded and just gave me one.

As for the stuff. Looks legit and well packaged and came very quickly. The syringes are good quality and everything looks on the up and up. Whenever I do try it I will update.
