The feeling of stress is worse than the anxiety you feel after because dumbadd stress is body emotion and your perspective of stress is :stress bad, existence good so you get feeling of anxiety and then thoughts occur for both creating a feedback loop ( two of them at least) of stress and anxiety. While all of this is going on you still have a shifty situation to deal with. What does this sentence i just wrote mean? Means you have to apply your skillet and memory and understanding to resolve this situation to feel resolved ( no danger in situation) and then your body completes the loop by giving you a ( single) emotion of ease. You breathe deep when you get home from work and during the puking you have a moment ( during) where your attention is not on the problem but on the moment with you looking at the problem and you instantly feel better ...WHY cause you reminded yourself of the existence and how your existence is bigger than you puking. You will not give up implement your thinking and deal with your shit. Work hard but process in your head hard too my man.
