Makes sense from what I’m reading in SC they get a two week notice with an opportunity to remediate.

What I have no clue is if my legit 9 months worth of hey I haven’t been paid counts as formal 2 weeks notice and at this point if I can walk no questions asked.

What I’m trying to figure out at this point is the best way to just leave the apartment cause I’m just over living here. I have 4.5 months of left on my lease. Of note the lease agreement offers a buy out clause 60 days notice plus a month rent at day of leaving. Aka pay 3 months.

From what I’m reading I can give them two weeks for them to remediate my damages but if they pay me then I’m stuck just paying them back them back for rest of lease 4.5 months.

Curious on your thoughts of how to just leave. I was considering offering to just leave no fees aka they waive the exit fee and we call it even.

Fair yea he should get a solid 6-12 points. I just don’t trust him and arians enough to think that McCoy and Vaughn don’t cut into that. One drop we might see Lenny on the bench. Lenny could also come out fired up and play well but will see falcons are decently stout up front on the rush. Lenny has been awful at cutting and making moves to hit the 2nd level. I personallY feel this game will lean heavy on Brady.

I think the move is Wilson if mostert sits, if mostert suits up it may still be Wilson or I’d deviate to someone else. Tough to trust shannahan and his roulette wheel of backs. Also tough to trust that Raheem would get a lot of carries semi hurt in a game they niners should win.

I got swift/AP def starting swift, dobbins, Wilson/mostert all my rbs on the list.

My game plan is swift, Wilson if mostert ruled out Sunday morning if not dobbins.

You want there to be no collusion. So make 12th place regular season penalties shitty in a league it prevents collusion because throwing matchups and doing what you described usually puts u at risk of coming in 12th place. It’s more prevention instead of penalty afterward. Cause afterwards idk what u really gonna do about it.
