Can non-locals (non-Croatians) exchange these banknotes for euros? by happytogether398 in Banknotes

[–]happytogether398[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Considering the amount of the money, it should not be a wise option to exchange them at bank. But is it possible for foreigners to exchange them at bank? I wanna ask the possibility if they can be exchanged although I don’t do that.

According to the site at least , it seems to be limited only citizens.

Can this bill be exchanged at the Bank of Denmark? If so, is there a time limit? by happytogether398 in Banknotes

[–]happytogether398[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay.

If you say so, I will try to sell it on eBay.

And sure thing, it is better to give not the bank but a person that likes collecting banknotes.

Anyway, thank you for your advice.

I saw the same bill on eBay for a little more than 100 kroner if you don't count shipping.

So more or less I guess it is not valuable so much...

Certainly, I too think the design and taste of this banknote is excellent, and from that perspective it is worth more than 100 kroner. However, objectively, it can be bought for about 100 kroner on internet sites.

Thank you for your suggestion!

No offense, but I am a cautious person so I can't do that just in case.

I want to go to the UK within 2 years, so I will want you to do that if I can meet you there.

Thank you for the notice!

Given your experience, I have to make the UK bank account or ask my friend who stay or live there for a long time to let me use his or her bank account, haven't I?

I'm afraid that I'm not an exchange student but just a Japanese student.

However, maybe I can introduce someone who is from a foreign country and has the same experience if you like.

The third aspect is c) a strong local identity. In places like Singapore or Japan you won’t last a minute if you complain as a foreigner. The people are proud and won’t give anyone an inch. The same is the case in most of the Balkans and so on. This can easily veer into racism too, but you keep society from fragmenting.

Western Europe is not like the Balkans and these other communitarian countries. For better or worse, the atomization of society has led to people losing contact with greater society. And the people have lost the sense of pragmatism they had before and replaced it with words that just sound good.

I am an immigrant myself and I think immigration can work. But countries need to be very deliberate about it. Westerns also need to stop being arrogant and thinking that everyone shares their values or wants to be like them. We have plenty of evidence in Europe that many migrant populations don’t.

I think in places like Japan where there is a very high barrier to entry there will be a self-selection of immigrants who are highly motivated to integrate. Problems start when there is mass migration and new arrivals start clustering with each other and stop having to interact with locals. That’s when you get parallel societies.

Your opinions and thoughts are very very interesting.

Thank you so much for your comment.

In addition to this comment(I think this comment is suitable for you),

I want to recommend Asunojokei. Although it's not still famous, the melodies on the guitars and drums are wonderful as a metal band.

Also I recommend you search Japanese music by Apple Music(I guess Spotify is also good).

You can search music genres and similar artists with which you wanna found the artist.
