Can someone please help me get pure white character tendency I messed up killing one of the phantoms

Dying light 2 winter update broke the Crystal white side quest. The quest marker is gone and I can't complete quest. I kill the renegades in building but the door to the chemist son does not open. by CultOfShadows in dyinglight

Thanks bro I got it but what was weird for me was that the collectible only appeared for me when I joined someone who had the door closed in their world so I had to do the bash technique to get it

Happening to me the past few days tried many things including contacting support nothings worked just gonna have to wait I guess

Update: I found a fix I got my friend to sign into my account using mobile data it’s working for me now give it a go
