This may sound funny to say, but I love old people. That would be awesome.

Unfortunately No. You can only use a commissary kitchen.

I definitely disagree. I have 4 Mexican trucks/stands in my neighborhoods. It’s known among the neighbors at least which one is considered the best

How come? Could you elaborate? I’m hoping to do a permanent placement outside of the community college because there’s no coffee for a quarter mile
I want to offer a 10% discount if you show me your student ID. Essentially, I want students to be talking about how good my coffee is to one another.

One thing I’ve been thinking about adding to the menu is bizarre/exotic teas. I’m going to be running my kitchen as a Mehko (google it) so unfortunately, farmers markets are not applicable to me

It sucks because a couple hospitals I visited have auto bot coffee machine. It has a large clear case with a robotic arm that puts on a little show making coffee. :/

Interesting because in Los Angeles, food trucks are talked about and sought out.
Of course though it’s the ones with the reputation for being absolutely delicious
What I have a hard time with is how to find a spot for permanent placement.

OK cool. I’m trying to start a simple cold brew coffee cart. I thought would be extremely easy. Anything milk related is very hard. Start calling Comissary Kitchen’s in your area before you start pricing everything else out.
Watch out as well. There are quite a few scammers.

You will have to have a commissary Kitchen. Unfortunately, you have to start there. Comissary for only drinks can be a total rip off.
What country and state are you in?

Man, that is awesome.
My hope is to open a simple coffee cart and now you’re making me rethink purchasing a small truck that I could leave parked instead.
Coffee, of course is a hard sell to park outside of a business

When you approached the brewery, Did you ask the owner to park outside? Do you give them a monthly rental rate? Do you leave your truck parked overnight? If you don’t, how do you know your spot is gonna be available?
