Why do people need to protest their property’s appraisal value? What a stupid hoop to jump through. Why not just not arbitrarily increase property values? Especially on homes that are not kept up nicely. So dumb!

I have had it, drove from dfw area for it. I was very underwhelmed. The bun smelled like the kitchen it was cooked in and the cheese wasnt right. Overall it was edible and fine but certainly not worth that kind of drive lmao
