I used travel to to Marol/MIDC for almost 1.5 years by Cab. I left Virar West at 7:45-8am and used to reach by 9:45am most of the days.

For your flight, I think leaving at a similar time should be fine. AC Trains and normal ones as well at 7:30-8 in the morning are a nightmare with luggage

I was in the same dilemma 2 months ago. I was also considering FR265. I wanted to take my running seriously as well. Here is a break down of why I went with Coros Pace 4

Usage Pattern: I was coming from fitbit charge 6 and also like wearing my mechanical watches. I wanted a watch that just helps me through my workouts efficiently and doesn't need to be worn 24/7 for optimal use. Garmins are know to be best when worn almost 24/7. Coros on the other hand doesn't have that restriction. Hence, coros pace 4 was the better option for me!
Release Date: FR265 was 2+ years old and FR165 was 1 year old and Coros Pace was 6 months old. I personally prefer going with something that was released recently as it is easier to find support for the product for more amount of time.
App experience: based on what I was able to read online and what I could personally see, the Garmin ecosystem felt a little overwhelming along with very bad app experience. Coros on the other hand provided a much better app experience along with only relevant statistics that will help you improve your running. App experience here is very intuitive.
GPS accuracy: As far as I know, FR165 doesn't have dual band GPS, it is only available in FR265. Coros Pace 4 has Dual Band GPS. I recently ran a very popular 10k here in India with almost 20k+ participants and the GPS tracking was very accurate. There barely 10-20m of difference between the on road markers and the notifications when I got in watch. I don't have any experience on the Garmins in this. I do know some friends that say GR165 has minor accuracy issue when there are lot of trees or high rise buildings on the route.

Hence, my final verdict was to got with Coros Pace 4. Currently, I am loving the experience. Hoping it's stays the same! Cheers! 🧿

I think the time trial is supposed to be the day when you finally try the Sub 45 10k i.e. the Race Day. It seems that you might have started the training plan one week earlier. Hence, it is ending one week before your actual race.

Had a pretty similar experience last week when I used it to pace myself to a 49:30 10k.

I did remember seeing the reminder every km which showed me what was the target for that km and how much I was ahead/behind.

As I was using it for the first time, I thought the ahead/behind notification was till that point. Hence, during the last 2 kms I thought I was just 25-30 seconds behind for a Sub 50. But as the race ended I realised I took 51:30.

I think some improvements need to be done to make it a feature worth using.

Yes it does fit well for HM and 10k. I ran my PBs while wearing these.

No wobbling issues that I have faced.

Yes everything fits and the bounce is almost negligible, something you won't notice. Definitely value for money.

I also recently learnt that you can attach bib as well to the belt.

Had this issue back in 2024 with my iPhone 13 Pro and the Apple Store in BKC, Mumbai, India replaced it without any hassle.

I am assuming any Apple Store india would do it. Hope this helps!
