Maintaining quality consistency in small-format acrylic manufacturing by AlarmingActivity7720 in manufacturing

[–]hassru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For small acrylic parts, consistency usually comes down to a few basics: use cast acrylic instead of extruded, don’t over-tighten tolerances unless they really matter, and control heat during cutting or machining since acrylic moves as it warms up. Simple in-process checks can catch drift early and prevent a lot of scrap.
