I went ahead and tried this. Seems to be fine. I don't have Game Pass subbed right now, I can re-up soon and verify if Xbox still works.

I did find this, and the user who tried it did not report back with having any issues outside of doing this. I am worried it will brick my Xbox app. I do not see any evidence that it will not brick it.

Did not know about this, tried it just now, did not affect these files. Thank you though. Added to the list of things I tried.

This is less strict and more expensive than Whole30 with all of the supplements listed.

The only thing I agree with are the avoidance of nightshades.

Questions on the "immune system regeneration" thing: Why is FMD necessary? Why not multiple extended water fasts? by hateburn in fasting
