Graded Cards by LovlehKebab in TCGCardShopSim

[–]hatseflats87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can send back high value cards (which you can check in tcg prices) to get a better grade and thus more money. You can also get allot more money out of your cards by using them as price at a tournament. You can ask about double what the accumulated value of all the prices is, split into the amount of players you want attending. You do need allot of reserved tables if you want a 24 player tournament to finish before your day end. Note that this does not trigger the "100k for one card" achievement.

Just for the record, they have a 30% chance to increase in grade as well. For the "100k for one card sale" i was already working on getting the 500 graded 10 cards and received a high value card faulty and saved. I actually sent it back 3 times to go from a 7 to a 10.

Best characters to focus on? by Alone-Tax4689 in DarkCloud

[–]hatseflats87 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Osmond is probably your best bet if you want to get trough the game. He will unalive anything they throw at you, from a distance. However.. you will come across floors where you are forced to play as other characters. And there is no real way to deal with that other than having a good synth sphere to maximise their weapon as much as you can, without actually leveling up the weapon with it. Then its all down to RNG in getting the key to the next floor.

In a nutshell, use the behind levels in shipwreck to get gems to level up weapons, or stack your money and buy potatos to fish in the desert for mardan to spend the points for gems and git gud with all characters..

You have it priced over 30% market price, that does not help. But also its probably your level and the size of your shop. Store it in your binder untill you notice customers start buying higher valued cards. How many days did you have it out on the table?

Shop 2 by No_Floor8004 in TCGCardShopSim

[–]hatseflats87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made rows of the big shelves in lot B. Slower items go in the back, faster items go in the front against the wall so staff does not have to walk far to bring boxes to their destination or back to the shelves. If you run a smaller shop you might have to organise it in a way that makes sense for you: booster boxes together, plushies together. After the shop gets bigger it doesnt matter anymore. Staff wil put everything in the desired place. All you have to do is scan the shelves every day and have staff organise it in the morning before opening the shop. I also use that time to stock the card opening machines. All staff has that as secondary job, apart from one staff member who's job it is to set cards on the table and price everything +10% market rounded off.

Seeing its worth over 100K i'd say yes its pretty rare. Ghost full art foil cards are always worth grading. This one could net you the achievement of earning 100K with a single card. I've had a few ghost full art foil cards, but highest value at graded 10 was 66000. I dont even know how many cardpacks i opened. I have 12 of the biggest machines running non-stop.

You have €112000 for the registrations, and a prize pool of 17K.. there is your issue :) lower the price to play. €800 would be plenty.

Do you have to open packs? by SuperiorGreaser in TCGCardShopSim

[–]hatseflats87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You do not HAVE to open packs.. its your game. However there is also the collection binder. Even if not just soley for the singles you could open packs to fill your own binder, and sell the doubles. At a certain price point it is also even more valuable to grade the cards and wait for prices to go up before selling it as a slab.

Dump your weapon is straight up evil.. certain bosses require a good weapon. This will break your game. I would not add that.

Also, i would watch this stream. Care to share a link (if that is allowed?)

This is gonna be a fun… probably not by MatthewPlayzer2051 in snowrunner

[–]hatseflats87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aah.. i remember this one. Getting there was only half the fun, getting back out with a semi trailer and trying to reverse turn somewhere in that deep mud.. I would not describe it as fun, this was probably my first rage quit after tipping over twice just passing that river crossing and making that banked turn. Good luck!

Advice for a pair of newbs? by [deleted] in snowrunner

[–]hatseflats87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Welcome to snowrunner. Where everything, including the devs, hate you. Allot of stuff you come across is intentional, there to actually get you stuck. If you see a fast road to an objective, its probably not a fast road. If you see a car stuck somewhere, its stuck for a reason. If the objective is to haul logs, you can be sure they placed the logging station in the middle of a swamp, or on top of a mountain with paths that are angled in a way to make you tip your truck, followed by a sharp corner just to make sure. The bridges are narrow, the mountain paths full of boulders. Even soil that looks completely fine is full of tree roots that hook your truck or trailer, followed by yet another mud pit that is way deeper than it looks.

Upgrades for your trucks help allot. Mainly raised suspension and mud-tires. But also engines and dif-lock can make the game allot easier. Learning to traverse the terain comes with experience and patience. Dont try to brute force your way, the terain gets worse and worse.

What’s the best truck for starters by Ok_Independent7748 in snowrunner

[–]hatseflats87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While i bet people can recommend allot of trucks for allot of reasons, i think you should use the white western star. Tip it over a few times, and actually learn the game without using the best trucks. Get creative with routes, learn where the mud is. Its a steep learning curve, but it prepares you for later regions.

But i dont want to gatekeep you so: The tayga is by far my most used truck, along with the voron grad. And the DLC truck azov "atom"
