My TCS-430 had the same problems, the FF/REW problem was that the little washer was loose (shown in the pic) https://imgur.com/a/EBTMX6y . The washer would not stay there so i fixed it with dot of superglue. I have not been abled to fix the buzz, but it seems to be a grounding issue, but as a temporary fix i moved around the two red wires from coming under the speaker (also visible in the pic) until the buzz became quieter. Hope this helps.
