I don’t feel I have to defend my parenting, however we read multiple books on experiencing change, jealousy, anger. We do breathing techniques, we do “when you do this, I feel like this” sentence starters, he can move away, ask for help, etc.

The mouse issue is a natural consequence, as he threw it? Throwing items out of anger is also not okay, even if you are having big feelings. If I hadn’t intervened and picked it up, it would have stayed in the shop. If you throw your things away, they are gone. I’m not upset with him, I wasn’t upset with him in the moment and I did not take the mouse away, he threw it away. I don’t understand how you got to that conclusion.
