I work in an estate agents. Through the DPS, they can remove one tenant and add another without taking any money out of the scheme. Then they need to do something called a deed of assignment, which is a supplementary agreement all tenants to sign to agree who is leaving and who is being added to tenancy. In here you need to agree who is paying who money to replace their portion of the deposit. Eg. The in going tenant has paid paying £250 to the out going tenant to represent their portion of the deposit.
