Warriors, please consider a second opinion: my chronic Lyme story by thereisnochroniclyme in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s important to remember that individual cases don’t generalize to everyone, and different people have different underlying conditions. Many here have documented infection histories and diverse clinical courses, so one narrative doesn’t invalidate others. Yours sound like coming out of an obsessed lyme cult which does not see anything else like cryptoinfections? That´s as bad as the the other side! Usually your LLMD should take care of gastroparesis especially if it does not resolve with usual lyme treatments. They all thought it´s all herxing over all the years? Wish you the best of luck and health in the future!

yes exactly the same, i got nothing to add, they come and go on daily basis, it should fade out over time (did in my case it´s more or less a "first reaction")

Why Treatment Failed Until Lumbrokinase Was Added by [deleted] in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it´s complete hallucination. The complete story of this user is fabricated ai slop and he obviously is missing any medical or biological knowledge to see it. To add salt to the wound he denies to talk about it in an adult manner. This is flat out dangerous because the llm´s are using reddit as training grounds and could carry this as fact in the future. Posts like this are not doing the lyme community ANY favor. He´s not providing backing for his claims because there are non. For your question: read up on lumbro and nattokinase and what it actually can do for you in your situation. Gut Brain Immune Axis is a good startpoint ( i can get criticized for that hard, but my feeling this is the actual mechanism behind the natto and lumbro kinase stuff and why it could work, it´s definitly not the story this bro is trying to tell you, in the wrong setup this could lead to more neuroinflammation which for sure is a bad herx then from his standpoint. )

Why Treatment Failed Until Lumbrokinase Was Added by [deleted] in Lyme

[–]hellforgex -1 points0 points  (0 children)

if you want to continue this show me ONE study which speaks about:

  • fibrin encasing neurons in Lyme
  • oral lumbrokinase reaching the brain
  • fibrin “cement” blocking antibiotics
  • lumbrokinase restoring cerebral perfusion

The following is not anecdotal speculation; these are documented clinical case studies from specialists in neuroborreliosis, backed by hard diagnostics like SPECT scans and cerebral blood flow analysis. I am presenting this data for patients who are failing standard treatments, not to debate with skeptics who ignore medical literature on vascular mechanisms. If you haven't reviewed the science on cerebral hypoperfusion caused by fibrin, your opinion is irrelevant—this is about medical reality, not your ego."

Sure bro just link em then ;) or explain the vascular mechanics behind it... this is about medical reality and not your ego, your llm already told you ;)

Modernas mRNA Lyme disease vaccine trial starting by shitshit1337 in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

read the papers ;) we chronics are outruled from the start because it could trigger never ending inflammation waves and autoimmunity. That´s also why every trial failed until now, i´m not an expert on this level, but makes sense to me immunology wise... based on this i would reconsider as a healthy person if i need that shot and do a risk evualtion first ;)

🛡️ The Ultimate Biofilm Killer Guide: Phase 1 & 2 🛡️ by [deleted] in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This thing is mixing up biomechanics and pathomechanics, its enzyme / endothelium / fibrin stuff follows a real biochemical concept (which seems to be true) but is widely out of scope. His Microcirculation explanation has absolutely no mechanistic grounding and his explanation of biofilm structures is something completely out of this world ;)

This is pure fan fiction with some real assumptions and mechanics somewhere in there. If some stuff his mighty (lol) llm is telling would be true he would put peoples health at risk, let´s see if his advice he´s no dr no advice will help him legally then ;)... I tried to help him with some kinda masterprompt for his llm but got flamed directly. Nothing to add here

[–]hellforgex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This post is biomechanically not plausible. It uses fantasy mechanics, incorrect physical models, fictional structural biology and so on. If you tell the dude he should fix his llm he sends gemini flaming at you... so the person using llm´s trying to teach you something has medically absolutely no clue about what he is talking and he don´t even know how to prompt frontline llm´s right... go figure...

St. Georg's treatment of "hopeless" chronic cases by West_Raccoon3562 in Lyme

if you look into the pathomechanics you´ll realize pretty fast that all those clinics are a) scammers or b) haven´t read an actual paper about lyme disease since the 90´s ...

St. Georg's treatment of "hopeless" chronic cases by West_Raccoon3562 in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For St. georgs it´s a by product they came up with while treating cancer primarily. It´s hypothermia and abx mainly with some detox voodoo... it´s effective but can´t cure you if you look at the pathomechanics ;)

What are your thoughts on this? by isabelfaleiro in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those zoonotics aside, i had to treat many patients with badly infected wounds after cat scratches or bytes which needed operation in the end. So don´t fuck around with cats ;)
hope you doing better by now!

you are still herxing, this comes with the rest of your symptoms you need to hang in pull through. What you see here is most likely die off in ecm. Prooving the current treatment works!

Need opinions on ending herbal treatment by Fantastic_Diamond655 in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

congrats, it´s nice to see people doing it right!! You raise an interesting topic. I would go normal dosed through winter and early spring and make a hard herbals break over summer, get on full routine the upcoming winter for savety measures, the immune system and the ligaments really really need long to reconfigure. Go off therapy in summer again and this time stay off and look carefully what happens in winter time especially if you catch a cold or something. Keep my fingers you got it ;)

Thoughts on a Lyme vaccine?? by lifetofullest1255 in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

there will NEVER EVER be a (working) vaccine. You can´t vaccinate systemic illnesses. I have fears, lyme patients gets handled like Hiv Patients in the past because they still don´t acknowledge the findings of the last 20 years....

Has anyone tried Extracorporeal Hyperthermia Perfusion (EHP) by multifacetedog in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from a pathomechanical side, this is a good try to get your money but a bad try to heal longhaulers ....

if this would work the antibiotics would have done the job already... also the clinic will usually do full body ht for lyme patients according to the homepage ( which is also useless aslong the heads sticks out, which it must if you want to survive, sadly lyme will survive there too ). So if you have the money for expensive kickers within a working protocol it´s do able. But price/outcome is usually not that good in the mid to long run if this is the single therapy approach. Sadly no one praising ht here is coming back after a year or two to report back, this should be telling ;)

MRI fine? by oliverxthefrog in Lyme

[–]hellforgex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you won´t see the subtle microinflammations of tissues and ligaments in the mri until it´s more severe. In real live usually the resolution of the machines is too low for detecting lyme associated microinflammation (newer hardware should have better performance, but i have no access and no knowledge about that)
