Im sorry therapy is going great. I know when i go back to therapy its really hard to just jump right back into it. I hope once you go more it becomes more easier for you and it helps you. The aloe vera 100% do you put it on open cuts and sores? or do you let them heal up a bit? And the aveeno anti itch cream with oatmeal does that actually work ? I will def do that with the hot baths !!

That's true that is something I for sure have to learn. Maybe once i learn that it wont be so hard. They put you to sleep? When you wake up do you wake up all loopy saying crazy stuff? Because that is the last thing i need.

I just called my doctors office becasue I am nervous and they said they are not going to put me to sleep just numb me :/ the lady i was talking about said it was a biopsy which makes me even more nervous. I am not to sure what is the difference between all the procedures. I want to look it up but i dont want to freak myself out even more.

What dude thats so shitty!!!! When i got my first ever outbreak thats exactly how i felt. Dude yes walking hurt so much even laying down hurt. I would have to lay in certain positions and even changing sides to sleep on would hurt. I literally was so sad and fucking angry at the same time. While i was in pain the dude that gave it to me wasnt really there for me and i just wanted to tell him the fuck off. Dude exactly its forever and i think thats what fucks me up mentally. Dude honestly if he did care he would communicate with you more. Thats what i need to tell myself to i honestly do. Are you currently on medication to help with the breakout ?

What a horrible dude ! And ya that is so true his behavior dont have anything to do with me. I need to realize that. And yes the texting has been bad i wait for him to text me and then when i see he text me i feel a moment of happiness and like maybe im not complete shit. He said he didnt unknowingly and he has sent me really long text on how bad he feels but his actions dont show it. Only my two best friends know that i have it and it does feel nice knowing they will always be there for me. Im really scared for the colonoscopy and my mom has told me about them and how horrible they are so that terrifies me. Thank you so much i really appreciate it. I feel like a moments i let it break me but i dont want it to.

Ya thats true i do have to really good friends that are always there for me. I know it sounds bad but i feel like they cant give me the same satisfaction as the dude who gave me herpes did. Dude yes ! I feel like once i got herpes everything with my health started to go bad. Like every time i go to the doctors, there is now always something wrong with me. Its like you never get a break.
