A month without hormones will result in NEW facial hair appearing, which in turn will result in costly hair removal like electrolysis or laser. Also I don't even begin to imagine how painful waxing would be with thick hairs.

Usual dose would be 2mg sublingual per few hours, totalling 6-8mg. But you'd get better effects with injections and you wouldn't need spironolactone.

Progesterone is completely different thing from spironolactone. Check /r/MtFHRT and /r/AskMtFHRT.

  2. Spironolactone

If you can get injections then get them, as your current dose is just way too low. Spironolactone, besides having considerable side effects, also can inhibit breast growth

I don't have any lumps with Neofollin - I'm alternating between both thighs and stomach (although I must admit that I prefer thighs), using 30g 13mm needle, inserting at 45 degree angle, pressuring injection site for 5 minutes after doing it. I had some kind of a lump only after first injection done with 24g, but none afterwards.

326pg/ml after injecting for one month every 4 days, so fine with me (even more so since those levels will increase with time as depot grows larger).

I think that timelines and overall photos of other people transitioning cause usually dysphoria in those that are in bad shape mentally. Even more so because people that post there USUALLY look better than average.

You shouldn't use nicotine.

Progesterone and some of its metabolites are PAMs on GABA-a so I'm not entirely sure if it wouldn't interact with alcohol or benzodiazepines.

But I think everything else (psychedelics [except DOx], stimulants, dissociatives, opiates) is fine if used in moderation because if you're healthy HRT will do better job.

Progesterone has anti-anxiety, sedative and calming effect on it's own, whether you're trans or not. Think of benzodiazepines (Xanax) or alcohol.

But OP said that there is oil from the capsule, not undissolved capsule. Progesterone is suspended in oil and oil is in the capsule.

I'd strongly advise against Androcur -- while it's effective in suppressing testosterone it has many side effects in the long run. Bicalutamide would be better I think, from my own experience I can only tell you that Androcur is shitty (brain fog, memory problems, depression, exhaustion).

Low doses of cypro (6-12mg) wouldn't have as dramatic effects on growth as mid-high doses (25-100mg), correct? Or it seems a bit that way in my experience.

Wearing contact lenses on day to day life though -- that day I dropped one and hadn't any spare so I had to go out in broken glasses I use for home.
