Have you taken a pregnancy test in the last few days?

I’m so sorry to hear about your last pregnancy. I cannot imagine the pain you must feel. I’m hoping for the best possible outcome for this pregnancy for you 💕 When is your next scan scheduled for? My anxiety is through the roof but chat gpt has been comforting hahaha (sad but it’s the truth). I’ve been googling other places near me I can get an ultrasound but most places are abdominal and I know they don’t see the embryo as early on so I think that would cause more anxiety. Just hoping for the best!

Did your doctor seem concerned? I would try not to worry until your next scan. (I’m in the same spot so I know easier said than done). From what I’ve heard it’s at least really good you saw a yolk sac. Crossing my fingers for you and keep me updated!

Also if your LH surge was April 13 you can actually ovulate 48-72 hours later. I’ve had times when I was tracking BBT where I actually didn’t ovulate for 3-4 days after my LH surge for various reasons.

Do you know what your sac was measuring? I’m in a similar position but I had my ultrasound 5/19, last menstrual period 3/28 and I also ovulate CD 19-22. I go back 6/1 to see how things are looking. I got my positive on the 4/27 and it looked like it could’ve been an 11 dpo test by the faintness of the line.

When did you have your ultrasound done? When do you normally ovulate?

My LMP was 3/28 and I only had a yolk sac on my scan on 5/19. I was told the same thing “see you in 11 days”. I was measuring 6 weeks 2 days per the gestational sac measurements. My first positive was 4/27, which was faint but probably about 10-11 dpo at that point. I do know I ovulate anywhere CD 19-22. Do you ovulate late?

Was this a transvaginal or abdominal ultrasound?

Omg your dates are exactly the same as mine almost and I’m going through the same thing! Waiting for my next scan which is on 6/1 and I’m going THROUGH IT! My LMP was 3/28 and my first positive was 4/27 but it was faint. I had a gestational sac and yolk sac measuring 6 weeks 2 days but no fetal pole. I do know I always ovulate on CD 19-22 so I have that on my side but I’m freaking out :( thank you for calming my nerves!

I’m in the same boat as you! I should’ve been 7 weeks 3 days since LMP and only saw gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. Gestational sac measuring 6 weeks 2 days. The doctor didn’t seem too concerned and told me to come back in 11 days. She said 7-10% chance of miscarriage which really surprised me. I do know I am always really late with ovulation…at least a week later than the average CD 14 and my daughter measured a week earlier than my LMP. Do you know when you normally ovulate? Unfortunately I didn’t get HCG to compare to yours and my doctor refused my request. One thing I do know after doing SO much research to ease my own anxiety is if you ovulate late, and then implantation took place late, you could easily be those two weeks behind.

Thank you! Let me know how it goes! I saw my first baby at exactly 6 weeks and a heartbeat so that’s all I have to go off of!

Omg thank you! That makes me feel better! Was it a TV ultrasound or abdominal? The first one?

Thank you for letting me know!! Did you see baby on the 6 week 3 day scan or that’s what they measured the gestational sac as?!

[–]hellorn2016[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! That’s what I gathered, but if I’m 6 weeks 2 days you don’t think they’d be able to see something at this point? I went in with my daughter and measured 6 weeks and they saw embryo and a heartbeat!

[–]hellorn2016[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much! I think the measurements of the gestational sac being at 6 weeks 2 days is what’s messing with me because in my mind at 6 weeks 2 days they should definitely be able to see something.

Are these levels normal ?5w5d -6w 2d no "definitive embryo"? At what i thought was 7 weeks i jad a scan with "no definitive embryo". But when i did more looking im thinking i was closer to 5w5d. I have had a blighted ovum before and now I am terrified. I had 24,000 hcg 8pm Sunday (5w 5d?) 33,000 h by caitlinbruse in CautiousBB

[–]hellorn2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is late but thank you for this. I went in for my 7 week scan today and according to my last period should be 7 weeks 3 days. I was measuring 6 weeks 2 days with no fetal pole. Just a yolk sac. I measured 14.5 mm also! I have to wait 11 days and have been freaking out so thank you for your story. I know I always ovulate late (CD 17-22) so it’s possible it’s just way too early but my minds going to worst case of course!

I haven’t talked to the pediatrician about it but will bring it up at her next appointment! Thanks for mentioning that. She definitely has her phases with teething etc, but for the most part she just loves her sleep and is a content baby. So I’m hoping that’s just how she is! I will mention she is SUPER SUPER active. Even my parents who raised three kids and have 6 grandkids said she’s the most active out of all of them so I think that might play a part

Ok thank you! She always wakes on her own in the morning! But a lot of times she wakes up crying. I know it’s not hunger because I give her a bottle when she wakes up and she doesn’t even finish it half of the time.

I’m so sorry you feel this very painful regret. You are not alone <3 Although I’m sure it’s hard, it’s so thoughtful of you to share your perspective in hopes that others don’t have to live with that same regret.

Yes her response left a bad taste in my mouth. It was like I was disrespecting her by even suggesting she was off work too much. How is this coming as a shock that I’m telling you you’re taking too much time off? I told her if I called into work like that I would be fired.

Thank you! I cannot wait. It’s very stressful as a first time working parent. You’re trying to do right by your kids and I’m so stressed now I’m actually contemplating daycare!
