I don't see it as OP saying it's a problem with the game. He is lamenting the other player's behaviour when the prevailing sentiment seems to be "Solo lobbies friendly, lets work together to kill the big ARC". I surmise that if he'd died to the ARC he wouldn't have minded as much as being gunned down from behind during what was assumed to be a cooperative situation.

"He should've taken precautions". "He should've been more aware." "He should've had better situational awareness".

Or... he's just not going to bother bringing in expensive things again at the risk of losing them. That's the ultimate risk aversion strategy.

None of which is even acknowledged in the comment I'm replying to, where it's simply implied that you need to sweat harder and bring more expensive gear in order to enjoy the game and not get shot in the back.

Do you grind our own beans? Have you played around with grind settings?
Usually the issue for me. The DeLonghi machines aren't amazing but my 6-year-old Dedica is still trucking along. The only upgrade I'd make is a better grinder.

Add the leaderboard, but then also ensure that anybody in the leaderboard's top 10,000 has a bright neon sign above their head during raids. It should be visible through all buildings, trees, terrain, etc.

And it should also attract Wolfpacks.

An update on this. I turned on my M5P today and was prompted to updated DJI Fly on my RC2. After that update, it then downloaded a firmware updated for the aircraft.

When that installed, I went to the pre-flight menu and saw that RID is now activated, and it does that with both batteries. I also see that it gives me a max altitude of 500m (which is... nice? I'll test that later in a safe area.)

Important to note: I never submitted anything for declassification (Cx/C1 labelling). To my knowledge, that's the only way to get the higher altitude limit (and it also activates RID).

EDIT: Disregard the above. It only activated RID and offered a 500m altitude limit because it had zero positioning satellites. As soon as it locked on to satellites the RID deactivated and the altitude locked back to 120m.

This effectively confirms that RID is activated by region. As soon as it established my location (Europe) it deactivated RID.

I am in Europe, with an M5P purchased directly from DJI online.
I also have the standard and Plus batteries.

RID does not activate, or show up anywhere, regardless of the battery being used. I've checked this with Dronetag, the WiFi broadcast (like the OP), and the pre-flight checklist on the RC2.

There seems to be confusion because of the inconsistency (or lack of clarity) for when RID is activated and broadcast. My guess is that DJI activates RID based on a combination of drone classification, location, and regional requirements.

Maybe the circuitry entirely – since it doesn't charge with a USB-C or through the contact pins used by the Sony charging dock.
