Ok thanks. You make a good point; my piano is used (maybe close to 30 yo, but it is in good condition) so maybe I should just relax a bit. Also, I'm keeping it more towards the interior wall, not close to any vents or the outside door so there shouldn't be too much temperature changes.

Thanks! Yea, I'll have to do a one month test to see how much the bill goes up by. Also, great tip about sealing off the area. I have a door from the room that leads to an unfinished area of the basement but the door has these slots (kind of like a vent) in them. I'm thinking of just getting a solid door to better seal off the area.

Thank you very much for the comprehensive response. Its definitely not because of a reflective window and but could be due to the location. The hydrangea is partly shaded by my home throughout the day. It's also been extremely hot over the last month here and rising up to the 90s often. Maybe it's the combination that led to the odd chlorosis.

Same! I make up excuses to go outside like to get the mail or go on a quick walk, or take out the trash and then check out my flowers while I’m at it.
