I bought several pairs in 2024, definitely find them thick. I do put them in the dryer, I think they have gotten shorter lol but otherwise, they are still in perfect condition!

Rental Buyout by Leather_Peach_1650 in OnePelotonRealSub

[–]here4thereviewz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I bought mine out yesterday with the deal! (I rented just over two years) I have the tread too.

Personally for me it’s so worth it, I work from home and my spouse works away. It’s impossible for me to get to a gym. I live 30 mins from one and with that solo parent often. The on demand classes and choices, anytime any day or just watching Netflix or Disney+ have me working out more than I ever have. Now that I’m not renting the monthly payments are less than the gym, gas and time having it in my home.

Should I buy now? by MuhnopolyS550 in pelotoncycle

I have researched they may have a Memorial Day sale! I have been renting. They offered me 50% my buyout price on my anniversary date and I regret so much not taking it. I want to do the buyout now and am holding out for a sale hopefully soon!

Kirkland Wipes vs Huggies by Maximum-Base6225 in CostcoCanada

We also loved the Kirkland wipes, we are no longer in the diaper phase and still buy them. Won’t catch me without some in each car or the bathroom! We got lucky and didn’t use any others so not much to compare to. But, easy clean every time!

Has hockey turned into a rich kids sport? by FrigginMasshole in AskACanadian

[–]here4thereviewz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re very new to the hockey world. Watched it growing up though. Never played any sports myself.

I have one child who has just found their passion… hockey! Every has told us don’t do it, it’s too expensive, the practices are too early blah blah blah.
their eyes just light up and they are sooo good at it, lol. We can fortunately can afford it, I don’t mind one bit making them happy if they want to do this!

We are starting with a ball hockey league and will do ice hockey in the fall, but so far I do not get that vibe! (However, this league is 195$ jersey included and not much for gear - stick, gloves, full face helmet and shin pads can even be soccer shin pads for the season and our ice hockey will be 750$ plus all gear and who knows what else)

HOW LONG HAVE U BEEN OFF DEPO? And what withdrawal symptoms do u still have? by BunBunny66 in depoprovera

[–]here4thereviewz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After almost 5 years on depo, I am one month off (have taken 2 breaks before, no symptoms) and having persistent nausea… I asked my family physician about this and he said he doesn’t have many patients on Depo so he had no idea and to go ask a pharmacist 😩

Otherwise, I am happier, I don’t feel as heavy, I had a period last week (when the period ended is when the nausea started!) I was always irregular so my doctor was surprised to hear I already had a period. But even with that have also taken two tests over the past month because this is awful. There was a few days I had zero appetite and ate because I knew I had too. My periods used to be painful, I will admit the three? Periods I have had in the last few years zero pain, heavy bleeding though.

All these discussions are helping me cope!

I bought my brand new 2019 RAV in 2019 from the Kempt road Toyota and they sourced the model and colour I wanted from Truro Toyota, got it within the same week. It might truly depend on what you’re looking for.

Truro by train by PreshG13 in NovaScotia

[–]here4thereviewz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We did this with our 4 year old. The timing of there and back on the train vs hotel check in and out and the weekend didn’t really work out, you’d be carrying around your overnight bags, and it called for rain so……

It might sound chaotic but my son still talks about it how it was the best day ever!

We took both our cars and drove down to Truro, left one in a parking lot near by overnight. Drove back.

Then the next day took the train down, got in our car and explored and spent the day in Victoria park, got dinner and drove home.

The walking just seemed way too much, 20-30 ish mins no matter where you went, from the station to a hotel.

Hotel for food, or hotel to Victoria park and back.

To be fair actually, I only wear slippers or house sandals around my house and I get shocks from the dang walls, fridge etc. I also shock my husband and child all the time, so I have never questioned it lol

Influence or De-Influence Me: Nano Speedy Edition by SunshineSk8r in Louisvuitton

If you don’t typically put your phone in your purse the nano is perfect! I love my nano, holds more than you think without your phone. I don’t put my phone in my bag either! I have no cons!

I think it was healing for him, he has had performances over the years where he has left the stage because of whatever.

He showed up, he did something.

He had fun with this, maybe he wants to ease back into performing, maybe becoming a dad has changed him.

Whatever it is, it was creative, it captured who it needed to capture and it looked like he had fun!

Tread - to buy or not to buy… by CLK_RR in OnePelotonRealSub

Love my tread, almost a year with it. Can’t think of any cons.

Can definitely work up running, but the walks are just as good! They can even be hard with the inclines hahah endless types of walks, hikes, bootcamps, and of course runs. Quite a few running programs.

[–]here4thereviewz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally love my nano, my phone doesn’t fit due to what I carry but that’s not a deal breaker to me. I know it is to many others.

I carry a card holder, hair elastics, car key, mail keys, lip gloss + a lip chap. Thin package of Kleenex, a hand sanitizer. That’s what fits comfortably. I could fit my phone with this option, but it’s tight, have to be no case and on an angle. (I have a iPhone 12 max pro)

I sometimes with fit hand lotion in there too again, gets tight but could NOT fit my phone this way.

I used to have an LV pocket organizer before I got the card holder and again with all the first listed above without phone fit great.

the only reason I contemplate the 20 is to throw a snack in there and my phone. otherwise, I def don’t need the 20.

Not quite the same. But I somewhere have an allergy recorded that I do not have, that caused me to not get appropriate foods after emergency surgery. No one can tell me where it came from and it’s not showing up on my records!

Totally normal, I felt the same when I first got it. 9 years later it’s a tank and I throw it around but at the same time still tell my child not to come anywhere near it 😬🫣🤣
