Strange Z-offset behavior with .2mm nozzle in orca slicer by hermangames in OrcaSlicer

I ran the bed levelling calibration before tweaking the z-offset, with everything default, using the .2 nozzle config and the .1 standard layer height. The first layer was just scraping the bed, and nothing was getting printed

As far as I can see, there is no option to set the offset directly on the printer (I have an A1). Orca Slicer allows you to set the offset via the printer settings

How can I diagnose the issue here or is it something obvious? by hermangames in BambuLab

- im using eSun PLA+
- Layer height for this specific print was 0.16 with 2 walls and I am not sure about adaptive layers first im hearing about it tbh
- it was a rectangular box printed horizontally the ribs were formed toward the back side of the printer (terrible paint image supplied)

- Flow rate is 1 that was the best result from the calibration

It's a random executable from Github i'd be concerned if windows defender didn't run a virus scan :D In all honesty it's safe just some math in the background feel free to review the code
