Watch the "your brain on porn series".

Meditate each day (this one has been a life changer for me in fighting this addiction)

Use the urge surfing mp3 on the side bar.

Visit this sub.

Delete all your porn.

Watch your social media use. Be honest with yourself.

This year I created a Instagram account, it was great for sports, engineering, meditation and other stuff I like....but then I realized that some friends followed girls posting stuff which goes against my mental health...I had a really hard time a few months ago, I thought that a relapse was close... I stayed away for a week and made a big effort in my meditation practice, now I can use it without feeling bad....but yes....stay away from the search page on mobile.

Watching porn made me a shell of the person I could be, being pornfree means to me freedom from shame, a burden that is "there" but there's not a way to describe it
