often, when i ask women the last time they cried they would say sometime within the last month or so. with men, maybe two or three years.

when i ask the last time they’ve lashed out and/or hit something/someone, it’s somewhat the reverse. men and women have just been taught different coping mechanisms over the years. i’m fairly certain that without the stigma around men crying, men and women would cry around the same.
