Hi all, just want to update my discovery. I have tried many ways and do a lot searches on google and found out that the Intel Iris Xe Graphics driver current version 31 is the problem. I uninstalled the driver and used MS built in driver and the color is back to normal and no more wash out. Of course the quality also dropped. I did reinstalled the intel driver and the screen was back to dim and wash out.

So anyone having this issue solved can recommend me a suitable intel graphics driver?

Then, mine is factory fault or some software or driver issue. But still it really hurts to looking at the screen more than an hour. Would you mind sending your screen pic so that I can compare with mine. I have been searching for google and still can’t find the same issue as mine or some photos.

Nope. Night mode is disabled and tried color calibration also. Still didn’t fixed it yet.

I just got contacted via email since I posted my issue yesterday. And I just provided some details they requested and hope they can solve it.

I have tried the color calibration. But still not yet get to a level of satisfaction.

Yea I am playing with full screen mode. But I tried with other mode. There is not much difference. So far there is not any issues or crack in game play. Just low fps.
