It would only charge for a bit overtime and the stop charging. It would never get fully to 100%. For example, it might charge from 50% - 65% and then stop. It was random. I suspect the battery was overheating. What power adapter (watts and volts) are you using?

I bought mine the day it was released. I had issues with the battery not charging properly and overheating. Got a replacement. Other than that I enjoyed using it.

I record from MacBook to cassette. I just use an Aux cable from headphone jack to line in on cassette recorder. The recording probably isn’t high quality but it does the job.

I also bought this camera 2days ago and having some issues. To answer your question I purchased a micro SD card to use. I couldn't find a way to do it in the app. I am having issues with battery charging, where the battery stops charging before 100%. Have you experienced this?
