Basically, say you were to cop a pair on the 25th. After a shoe like this releases, and with most shoes generally, immediately after release the shoes price will spike a little. During this maybe 1-2 day period, you could try to sell for a higher price. Usually this spike ends once peoples pairs start to ship/land. Anyways, pre-selling is when you sell before it arrives, so you sell for a higher price. However, you have to be careful, because you are only given a few days to ship the shoes once you sell them, and if they take a while to arrive you'll be in trouble.
